Prayer Journals and Resources

Pray without ceasing.
All of us could use some improvement in our prayer life. Not only does a prayer journal help you organize your prayers, it helps you remember how God has answered your prayers.
Our prayer journals are free for you to download and use. They are available for men and women, and we provide five styles for each. Each journal is a PDF file that can be printed, and each is seven pages long. We left an extra margin on the left edge so that you can put them in a three-ring or clip binder. If you don't have access to a printer, or just prefer to keep your prayer journal on a computer, tablet, or phone, we also provide a PDF-fillable version that you can download to your device.
Use them as daily, weekly, or monthly journals. Don't forget to date the pages! It will strengthen your faith to see the history of God working in your life. And to round out your quiet time each day, be sure to visit our Bible readings page for a variety of Bible reading topics and schedules to help you grow.

A Diary of Private Prayer
This book of private prayers was written over 90 years ago. It includes morning and evening personal devotion prayers for 30 days, and morning and evening prayers for Sunday. The prayers are beautifully written and they may help you as you work to deepen your prayers to God. Note: In the front material of the book, John Baillie asks that these be used for private prayer rather than for public prayers. Clicking or tapping the image to the left will open the Amazon page to the hardcover, Kindle, and Audible versions of this book on Amazon.
There is also a website for these prayers. Use the shaded links in the top right and bottom right corners of the website to switch between the original text by John Bailee ("Read Original", which is more like the King James Bible) and the modern text ("Modernize"). The drop-down list at the bottom of each screen lets you select the day, and morning or evening. Click the button below to open the website.
